A 2-pound bag of full-grain water buffalo leather offcuts pulled from the same hides we use to cut belts and panels. Hand-sorted so the bag actually has workable pieces — not dust.

• A mix of larger usable pieces, medium pieces, and smaller remnants

• No bonded leather, no low-grade filler

Sold by weight, not by piece count. Buffalo leather is dense — 2 lb adds up fast in thickness, not square footage. Each bag is unique: shapes, exact colors, and piece sizes vary with current stock. Photos are representative.
