Processing time

Every item is cut and finished by hand in our USA workshop. Orders ship within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping: free on every order to US addresses.
Express shipping: $15. Choose it at checkout for faster delivery once your order ships.

International shipping

We ship worldwide with USPS, DHL and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier you choose.

Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery problems

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, your package arrives damaged, or it seems lost, email us at info@theleathersmithstore.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: we can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
